At Dayany Williams, we want you to feel supported and confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and in the original packaging (for physical items, including books)

To start a return, please email us at support@dayanywilliams.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide return instructions promptly.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, just reach out — we’re here to help.
Email support@dayanywilliams.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and its packaging

We’ll send a replacement or find the best possible solution to make things right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, courses) once downloaded or accessed

  • Gift cards

  • Services (e.g., therapy or consultation sessions already delivered)

  • Used books or books showing signs of wear

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted
