Return Policy
SempreCalm® Digital Products, Returns & Counseling Refund Policy
We accept returns for SempreCalm® products within 100 days from the delivery date, following the guidelines below:
Refund Process
We offer a 100-day Satisfaction Guarantee. The item will be eligible for a refund if it is in good condition, undamaged, with all components included, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is not in acceptable condition, the refund will not be processed.
Digital Products and Counseling Sessions:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for digital products (such as downloadable content or online materials) or counseling sessions once purchased. Please ensure you review all details before making these purchases.
Restocking Fee (With Original Packaging)
A restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase value will be applied, provided the SempreCalm® device is still in its original outer plastic packaging. Our team will determine the fee after receiving your return.
Restocking Fee (Without Original Packaging)
If the outer plastic packaging has been removed, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied, as the item cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety reasons once the seal has been broken. Our team will calculate the fee after receiving your return.
Warranty Claims and Defective Products
For defective products, we will facilitate a replacement if it is verified that the item is indeed defective. (Please refer here for guidance on testing your SempreCalm® device.) If you are unsure whether your product is defective, please contact us at [your email].
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item following our guidelines. After the return is inspected and accepted, we will process your refund, allowing you to place a new order.
Lifetime Warranty
SempreCalm® includes a lifetime warranty that covers up to two replacements in the case of manufacturing defects or if the item is not functioning upon delivery. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or accidents.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are not allowed after the order has been confirmed. If you need assistance or have any questions, please contact us at psidayanywilliams@gmail.com. Returns of products purchased as gifts will be credited as store credit, once approved. For items purchased through third-party retailers, please direct exchanges and refunds to the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
